Kissmetrics Onboardings Tour

The Challenge

One of the critical problems that keeps coming up with trying to close prospects is that prospects do not always have a great understanding of what Kissmetrics does. As a result, our Director of Growth, Lars Lofgren established a hypothesis: 

By building a 3-page onboarding tour before people hit our Getting Started page, we should be able to better establish the value of Kissmetrics and convert more people to received data and opportunities.

My Role

I was the Lead Visual Designer on this project.


Our Director of Growth created three wireframes to communicate the idea he was envisioning: 

Sketches for the illustrations

With the design team, we created moodboards to get inspiration for the message we wanted to convey. We also brainstormed the illustrations based on the copy and content provided. 

Visual Design

Lastly, I styled up the mock-ups to demonstrate the visual design that we wanted to go with.
